What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how SU•PER•B treats personal information that SU•PER•B collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Learn HVAC. SU•PER•B collects minimal personal information when you register with SU•PER•B and when you login to Learn HVAC. SU•PER•B collects basic information about your regisration and login transactions with us. We do not automatically receive or record any information from your computer and browser. The only information we recevie is what you enter manually at registration and login. SU•PER•B uses the information to in order to track the extent of use of Learn HVAC.

SU•PER•B does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of SU•PER•B’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. You can edit your SU•PER•B Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the SU•PER•B service, such as service announcements and administrative messages. You can delete your SU•PER•B account by visiting our Account Deletion page.
